Email Acceptable Use Policy

1. Nature of the Service

SMSBulk provides temporary, disposable email addresses for the sole purpose of receiving one-time verification codes and sign-up confirmation messages. Addresses are short-lived and tied to an activation window; they are not personal mailboxes and must not be relied upon for long-term or sensitive correspondence.

2. Prohibited Uses

You must not use the email service, directly or indirectly, for any of the following:

• Government and official services Registering or interacting with government, public-authority, tax, e-government, or official identity systems.
• Banks and financial institutions Creating or verifying accounts with banks, payment providers, or other financial institutions.
• Affiliate and referral fraud Abusing affiliate, referral, bonus, or loyalty programs (including ours) by creating fake referees or self-referrals.
• Illegal, spam, or malicious activity Unlawful content, bulk spam, mass fake-account creation, phishing, or any activity that violates applicable law.
• Impersonation Pretending to be another person or entity, or misrepresenting your identity.
• Security circumvention Bypassing or defeating the security, anti-fraud, or verification controls of any third-party platform.

3. Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws and with the terms of service of any platform you interact with. You must not use the service where doing so would breach those rules.

4. Enforcement

We may refuse, suspend, or terminate access, withhold or reverse activations, and report unlawful activity, where we reasonably believe this policy has been violated. Charges for genuinely delivered verifications are non-refundable.
